Inspect Heat Strips
Heat strips should be inspected for:
- All fuse links good
- Amp draw
- Insulators between strips and rack
- Limit switches
- Visual inspection of strip for any imperfections from age
Heat strips are fairly easy to check and should be checked every
year before the heating season begins.
