Inspect Contacts
Any and all contacts and wiring need to be checked whenever the
system is serviced.
Contacts, wires, and components checked:
- Contacts on condenser contactor
- Fan relays and heat sequencers
- All wires connecting components
These are simple items to check and should be done anytime a service
is performed. Wires are often found burned or fused together during
routine checks and although it hasn't taken the system off line yet
it is on the brink of doing so. These routine inspections will save
you money on additional service calls as well as damaged parts.
